SEI is thrilled to celebrate Chester Fernando becoming a registered architect! His dedication to the field is evident through his education, his professional experience (including 7 years at SEI!), and now, his architectural licensure. Chester constantly pushes himself, his peers and SEI as a whole, to new heights.
