SEI is excited to announce that the United States Green Building Council has recognized Forest Park High School Renovation / Addition project as LEED Silver Certified with 53 points. To achieve LEED Silver; SEI and our team designed a geothermal system by using the adjacent football fields and incorporated urban green space. Beyond the established goals of LEED Silver; the buildings facades and systems are designed to feature passive sustainable strategies to best exploit solar orientation and the benefits of the site.
