We are proud to announce the completion of the interior modifications and elevator addition to the SAMBA office building. The interior modifications included an upgrade of a large area of the basement to include four new toilet rooms, along with new office, work room, training, and storage spaces. The interior modifications also included a full renovation of the mailroom on the first floor and other upgrades to building finishes and furnishings. A small addition, designed to fit the Georgian style of the building, was added to the back of the building to include a three-stop elevator, a sidewalk canopy, and other exterior improvements. The project also included a replacement of sixty windows, fitting with the style of the building. The entire construction was completed while the building was fully occupied.
