The SEI team had the opportunity to tour the recently completed elementary school in Waldorf MD. Led by Project Manager, Michael Dulcich and Project Architect, Brian McCracken, staff were able to see the modernizations and addition to the school. SEI Architects collaborated with Charles County Public Schools and community to plan and design a project to modernize and expand the aging Samuel Mudd ES from a state rated capacity of 404 to a 76,819 SF sustainable for 21st Century Learning serving 542 students. We are proud to announce after seeking LEED Silver Certification by the USGBC, we have ultimately achieved LEED Gold.
